Wanderer (Wanda) - Admin

Zena Grey
Wanderer is a 'rouge' soul that fell in love with a group of
humans hiding from what she is. She is finally accepted by everyone
(save Sharon and Maggie) once Jared accepts her when he finds out
Melanie is alive. She soon attempts to commit suicide, but is saved
and placed in a crytotank until they brought a new body back. After
a year, her body she was replaced in was killed by a Seeker. She
was soon replaced in Rides The Currents of The Sea

Sunlight Passing Through the Ice (Sunny/Jodi)

Christina Ricci
Sunlight Passing Through the Ice was implanted into Kyle's
girlfriend Jodi when she was captured. She was stolen by Kyle and
brought back to the cave, all the humans showing instant distaste
towards Kyle. She was scared to say the least when she first go
there, but soon her fright slowly faded, but was still there. She got to
stay when Jodi did not come back.

Burns Living Flowers (Burns)

Burns Living Flowers is the Soul who Wanda and the
others meet at the very end of the book.

zeldaz7 - Melanie (Mel) Stryder

Sophia Bush
Melanie was trapped inside her body while Wanderer had
control. She hated it at first, but soon fell into a sisterly love with
Wanderer after all the hardships they went threw. Melanie was glad
when Jared finally accepts that she was alive, but hated the fact that
he had kissed Wanda. In attempt to save Wanda, she tries to fade
away so Wanda wouldn't consider suicide. In the end Wanderer was
saved and put in a new body, while Melanie got full control of her
own body again.

Jared Howe - jaredhowe

Jensen Ackles
Jared like all others, did not like Wanderer when he first met
her. After all she was a soul; in his girlfriends body. He didn't accept
her until he found out that Melanie was still alive. He started to bring
home souls trying to save Melanie from Wanderer. It did not end
well. When Wanda convinced Jeb to take a sleep on the decision to
ship her off, Jared approached her and convinced her to go. He
know has his Mel and is happy.

Jamie Stryder

Skandar Keynes
Jamie did not get to see Wanderer until she was given better
accommodations. Jamie was quickly accepting to Wanda when she
started telling him about the different world that she had been too.
He started crying when she made the mistake and hit a sensitive
note. They became friend shortly after, him sticking up for her
against Jared. Jamie and Wanda became like siblings, and not only
because of the bond between Melanie and Jamie. He was
devastated when he figured out that she tried to end her life.

Jeb Stryder

Jeff Fahey
No one really understands why Jeb was so nice to Wanderer
since the beginning. Maybe it was because he had a sixth sense, or
he was being polite. But him doing so made life at the caves for the
few weeks while Jared was there, bearable. He worked everyone,
and threatened people with his gun, but is always a kind guy. There are thirty-nine people total in the caves.

ianoshea13 - Ian O'Shea

Ian Somerhalder
When Ian first noticed the fear in Wanderers eyes and
realized that she couldn't be running off to the Seekers, or she
couldn't even be one. Ian developed a quiet love for the soul. He
was furious when he found out the only reason she told Doc how to
get a soul out of the human was to leave. He let his anger take over
and he hurt her in the process. He now has a peaceful relationship
with Wanda without Melanie's interruptions

Kyle O'Shea - kylethegreat

Ben Affleck
Kyle has always been a jerk. He just went over the top when
Jeb brought back Wanderer. He was angry that he would trust a
soul. He accepted the fact that she was going anywhere when he
tried to kill Wanda and had a tribunal. He didn't necessarily want her
there, but he had to get over the fact that she was there. When he
figured out that Doc knew how to extract a soul, he went and got
Sunlight Passing Through the Ice (Sunny/Jodi). Jodi did not come
back and he was sad, but Sunny slowly grew on him and he began
to love her.

Doc Eustene

Christian Bale
Doc was fascinated with Wanderer since she was a soul, he
wanted to figure out how they worked. He was happy when Wanda
finally accepted the fact that he wasn't evil. He is devastated
whenever he cannot save a human. He makes a deal with Wanderer
by saying that he would extract Wanderer from Melanie then kill her.
However he does not and Wanda is saved.

Minor

Magnolia (Maggie) Stryder

Sarah Ferguson
She shows extreme hatred towards Wanda and never
accepts her. Sharon follows her mother's lead. When Wanda is
reborn in Pet's body, Maggie cannot maintain her former rigidity
around Wanda, but still shows signs of dislike.

Sharon Stryder

Ilsa Fisher
Like her mother, she shows much hatred towards Wanda.
Her hate drove her to the point where she could not be happy for
Jamie's healing and pounced at Jared for leading Wanda outside
the caves. Her feelings toward Wanda soften the slightest amount
when Wanda is reborn in Pet's body, because of the body's beauty.
Sharon has a shaky relationship with Doc. Sharon teaches all
subjects in the caves, but prefers math and sciences.

The Seeker/Lacey

Jordana Brewster
Melanie and Wanda's relationship is initially based on their
hate for the Seeker. She mocks Wanda for not being able to
completely drive out Melanie's spirit. It is later revealed that this is
because of her insecurity at not being able to fully drive out the spirit
of her body's former tenant, similar to Wanda's predicament. When
her invading soul is removed, the host body remembers her name -
Lacey.

Lily

Anna Belknap
Originally from Philadelphia, Lily is one of the first humans to accept
Wanda as a soul, and to be friends with her. She is described as
easy-going with a dry sense of humor. Lily is interested in the
mechanics the soul's use. She bunks with Heidi.

Trudy


Trudy is another human that is friends with Wanda that
sticks with her even when Jared and company comes back. She can
be found making soap, or making food in the kitchen,

Geoffrey

Larry Miller
Geoffrey was on Wanda's side, he was, and still is, part of
the 'Wanda isn't a worm.' team. He is married to Lucinda
and is best friends with Heath since childhood.

Lucinda

Tasha Smith
Married to Geoffrey, Lucinda has two sons and is motherly to
everyone in the caves. She is still a little suspicious of Wanda,
but mostly to try to protect the others. She is often in the kitchen.

Heath

David Conrad
Heath was best friends with Geoffrey for most of his life, and
he escaped from the invasion with Geoffrey and Lucinda. The
three are still often in each other's company. He is usually
quiet, but is curious and so speaks up quite a bit whenever
Wanda lectures.

Aaron

Jared Padalecki
Aaron was on the side that said to kill Wanda. He is still
resentful towards Wanda, but accepts her part of the community.
He still doesn't like the fact that Paige is on the side that liked
Wanda.

Brandt

Chris Olivero
Brandt was on the side that said to kill Wanda. He still
avoids Wanda whenever he can, he's not as forgiving as Jared or
Kyle. He is short, but built solidly. On long raids, he panics
after a few weeks and gets careless.

Andy

Chace Crawford
One of the men who went to raid the first time after Wanda
came to the caves, Andy was against Wanda. However, he
was made much less angry by his girlfriend, Paige. Now
Andy is perfectly fine around Wanda.

Paige

Evan Rachel Wood
Paige is Andy's girlfriend and one of the original people on
team Wanda. When she is not with Andy, she often is with
Sharon and Lily. She is with the former less, though, since
Wanda came.

Isiah

Noah Gray-Cabey
Lucinda and Geoffrey's oldest, Isiah is starting to get to the
stage where he is to old for displays of affection. However, he
still will, for example, hold Wanda's hand. Like his brother, he
has been warned about Wanda when she was Mel, but unlike his
brother he can somewhat understand now that Mel is not to be
feared.

Nate

Rob Lowe
The leader of his own group of rebel humans, Nate was once the
host body for Burns. However, somehow the two became best friends
and Burns ended up joining the rebel humans. Nate's faction was
the largest he knew of until they met the humans from the caves.
His group has twenty-two people.

Evan


Along with Rob, Blake, Tom, Kim, Rachel and Nate, Evan is one
of the humans from Nate's group who tend to go on raids. He is
in a relationship with Ellen and got her to join Nate's group.

Ellen


A young girl, Ellen was originally with Gail's group of humans.
However, when she met Evan they fell in love and she left to
join him in Nate's group.

Gail


The leader of another group of rebel humans, it can only be
assumed that Gail is on the older side and was one of those
people who was paranoid enough to be prepared. There are
eleven people in her group.

Russel


Nothing is know about Russel except that he heads his own
group with seven people. Two of those people are Carlos,
originally with Nate, and Cindy, Carlos's girlfriend.

Max


He has a group with eighteen people.
