GENERAL ANATOMY: Skylar is really thin, not from lack of eating, she just has a fast metabolism. She's fair, and slightly palely freckled.
GENERAL ATTIRE: Skylar always wears a pair of jean shorts or a pair of cut off sweat pants. And a tank top or tee shirt and a thin sweater.
PERSONALITY: Looking at Skylar on a good day, she's a sweet caring girl, but nothing like a soul. She wouldn't go down with out a fight, and truely fighting everyday to keep control of her body, even though she seem's to not need to fight for that right. Sky would hate to seem mean to anyone she really likes, she wants to make a good first impression. She loves her family and friends, but, since all of her family are souls, she's willing to hurt them by running away so she can stay herself. She likes reading and acting, and loves to run, which comes in handy.
But, on a a bad day Sky is more like what the souls think humans are; mean, hateful and sometimes violent. She's normally only in a bad mood because of Lights In Ice, since the soul is always yelling at the human girl, making her feel sucky. She also sometimes is in a bad mood because of some humans who think she is a soul and think she should be treated like one, humans who are on the run, not in the caves. She enjoys raiding, which does change her mood, but, still could be in a bad mood for a while.

BACKGROUND: Skylar was born to two loving parents, they loved her to death. They would have gone to the ends of the Earth to make her happy, but all she ever wanted was to not be spoiled, to learn stuff, to earn it. She wanted to be the child that people really liked for her, to be the popular one, for good reasons, not the little slut who got everything on a silver platter. She was the little girl who stayed to herself until high school, when she became the little ms. popular. Which she really didn't like all to much.
When Sky turned 14, when she was in grade nine, she had to go on the run, to keep from becoming a soul. After a few months of running, she met, or rather ran into (Literally) Charlie, the boy who became her boy friend, while on the run. They were on the run together for two years, when out on a raid, Sky was nearly caught. She left a note for Charlie, saying she loved him, and would come back, and then ran, getting as far away as possible, so they wouldn't find him. She soon knew that she was growing weak, and made sure she didn't go down with out a fight, they had to know what they were dealing with.
After Sky was caught, the soul in her was weak, and she knew she could fight back, get her body back, it had been hers for the past 16 years, she wasn't about to let it get taken away. So, Sky fought back, and after a few months got it back, the soul still there, but she was in control 24/7, no matter what now. She stayed in school and acted like a soul best she could, and soon at least Lights In Ice, the soul, was being nicer to her, not yelling at her all the time. When summer between grade 11 and 12, she ran away from the so called life she had in town. She wanted to find people who really were like her, humans. She wanted to find Charlie again. She ran through the desert until she found the caves, but, still hasn't found the person who caused her to go running through it.

Well, that's what you get for not just fading away.[/i] Lights In Ice sneered, trying to make her feel bad. It had worked once, and Lights In Ice still couldn't get control back of Skylar's body. She had it back under control, she was herself again, sort of. She wished that she didn't have the soul in the back of her head, trying to make her feel bad about taking the body back, which wouldn't listen to her. She was the one who had taken her body in the first place.
Shut the hell up, already, will you? Sky asked, cheeky, grinning to herself. If her parents could see her now, they'd think she was insane, if Charlie could see her.. What would Charlie think of her now? Would he think she was her, or would he think she was the soul. She shook her head clear of the thought of not having Charlie and any more, and dug out of her bag her water bottle, she needed the water more so now than ever. She was in the desert after all.
The desert. It was nice, all the flowers, cacti, and everything, but it was horrible at the same time. Pretty and quiet, but hot, never ending, and deadly without water and food. Not to mention, Lights In Ice was going to drive her insane if she couldn't find Charlie soon. But, Sky could wonder, and hope, that he had found the rebel caves that they had been looking for before she got caught, and she could also hope that he hadn't thought that she was dead and hadn't moved on to someone else, while she was over here, pretty much risking be caught and dieing just to find him, the man she loved. He would be a man now, about 20, if she wasn't mistaken.

He's my Charlie. Skylar hissed at In Ice. He's mine. She told herself, repeating it. He's mine. She would tell herself, until he told her other wise. She found a rock, and sat near it. She needed to rest, maybe she would find them soon. She needed to know that. She looked around, and then noticed an opening in the rocks some where, and grinned, getting up to go through it. "I found it!" She cheered to herself quietly, walking through the entrance.[/size]
